True Vacancy Detection
When a user leaves a room and enters another room (with a RoomMe sensor), the RoomMe sensor in the first room identifies the leave.
Since RoomMe knows exactly who's in the room, it also knows when the last person leaves the room.
RoomMe users can define exit charms that set room devices to OFF or an energy saving mode.
Exit charms are defined in the same way as entry charms, but are triggered by RoomMe upon room leave.
Room exit charms are only triggered if the user was the last person in the room he or she has left.
To enable room vacancy scenes on professional smart home controllers, when RoomMe notifies the controller about room leave of a user, it also tells the controller if the user was the last person in the room.
