RoomMe Mobile App - Setup

During smart device discovery, some of my smart devices were not found.

What can I do?

If RoomMe was unable to find some of the devices / systems you have selected:

  • Make sure that your phone's WIFI is ON and connected to the network of your smart devices and systems.

  • Check that the undiscovered devices / systems are operational via with the manufacturer's app.

  • Try to re-discover the devices after you have finished the setup. You can do that via Settings->Smart Devices.
