RoomMe Mobile App - Setup

On initial connection with a sensor, I'm asked to enter a passcode.

What is the passcode?

If you are getting an "Enter Your Passcode" screen, it means that the sensor is part of an existing RoomMe system.

  • To join the system, enter the passcode and continue with the setup.

  • To start a new RoomMe system, click the "Start a new system" option, continue to hold the phone in proximity to the sensor until a new setup process begins.

The passcode is defined by the system admin during the initial setup. In case of a forgotten passcode, press the "forgot my passcode" option to get the passcode to th eregistered admin email.
